Yes. Book more than 6 weeks before you collect and a 20% deposit secures your dates, with the balance due 6 weeks before collection date. Book inside 6 weeks and the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

The minimum hire period is usually 2 nights. Short breaks are exactly what the campervans are made for, so a couple of nights away is always enough to book. There may be some periods where the minimum hire period will differ such as special promotions.

The maximum hire is 30 days, however this can be reviewed on individual basis. Please get in touch on WhatsApp 07777 159 304.

Hardly anything. Bring your bedding, clothes, toiletries, and the food and drink you fancy. Everything else is already on board: the fully equipped kitchen, camping chairs and a table, and all the kit for the trip. And bring your dog well.

Everything you need for the trip. The price covers 20% VAT, unlimited UK and EU mileage, fully comprehensive self-drive insurance, and 24/7 breakdown cover, with up to four drivers included at no extra cost. On board is all the kit: a kitchen pack, a camping pack (table, chairs, awning, hook-up cable and more) and a safety pack. No hidden extras.

You can, and the closer to collection, the more of the hire it costs.

More than 6 weeks before: you lose the 20% booking deposit.

Between 2 and 6 weeks: 50% of the total.

Less than 2 weeks: 100% of the total.

If we ever have to cancel on you for something that is not your fault, you get a full refund.

As soon as you can, to avoid disappointment, especially for school holidays and summer weekends. Book more than 6 weeks ahead and only the 20% deposit is due, with the balance 6 weeks before you travel. We do take last-minute bookings too, subject to availability.

Your data is used solely for hiring purposes, insurance verification, safety and legal requirements.

Your data will never be sold or shared unnecessarily.

From our HQ at 9 Castlehill Road, Walsall Wood, WS9 9DA. Normal collection is between 2pm and 5pm, and the campervan comes back by 11am on your last day. If you wish you can upgrade to a early collection from 8am an late return by 1pm subject to availability and additional fee. You are welcome to leave your own car with us for the trip, on free secure off-street parking.

Allow around 30 -45 minutes. We sign the paperwork, take security insurance deposit and then walk you through everything on board, how it all works, so you set off feeling confident rather than guessing.

You will not be stuck. We leave you with plenty of how-to videos, and a dedicated WhatsApp number where you can reach me 24/7, video call included. Real help, not a call centre.

Gladly. We can suggest and book campsites, map a personalised route, point you at the places worth going, seeing and staying, and advise on what to pack. It is part of the send-off.

Sister twins with personalities of their own. Both registered in 2024, they are VW T6.1 campervans with pop-tops, four berth and full kitchens; Enola runs a blue kitchen and Fenyx a tan leather interior. Meet them properly on the fleet page.

Four: two can share Rock’n’Roll double bed downstairs and two can share double upstairs in the pop-top. Kids tend to claim upstairs before the kettle is on.

Yes, both are automatics. If you can drive a family car, you can drive one of these.

A proper gas hob, a fridge/freezer, running water and a full kitchen kit. Off-grid heating keeps the campervan warm while dinner happens, whatever the weather is doing outside.

Bedding is not supplied, so bring your own duvet or sleeping bags and pillows. Two rectangular cushions and blankets are on board to get you started, and there are blackout blinds too.

Length 4.9m, width 1.9m and height 2.05m, about the footprint of a large estate car. Keep an eye out for height barriers and car parks under 2.1m and you will be fine.

A 300Ah lithium leisure battery runs the lights, the fridge freezer and charging, and a solar panel keeps it topped up as you travel. An inverter gives you 240V for the kettle, a hair dryer and the like, so you are not tied to a hook-up. Plug into mains when you have it and everything charges faster still.

Both campervans have a diesel heater with a thermostat, easy to set and steady through the night. It sips diesel, roughly half a litre to just over a litre an hour when running.

No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the campervan or the awning. It keeps every campervan fresh for the next family.

Yes! On collection campervan will be handed over clean & tidy and is must be returned clean & tidy, with clean dishes, rubbish removed, and toilet emptied. Excessive cleaning may incur a fee.

Report it immediately and take pictures where possible. Cost of any loss or damage will be charged accordingly and the amount will be deducted from security insurance deposit.

A standard car licence covers it. The campervans are 4.9m long, 1.9m wide and 2.05m high, about the size of a large estate car, and they drive like the modern automatics they are.

Up to four named drivers per hire, all covered at no extra charge and included in the price, so long trips can share the wheel. Ages and licence history are checked at booking.

Yes. The campervans are UK and EU ready. Enola has been to the Belgian Grand Prix and Disneyland Paris, and Fenyx has toured northern France. Tell us when you book so the paperwork and cover are sorted before you sail.

No limit. Mileage is unlimited on every trip, the NC500 and Europe included, so you can follow the road wherever it goes.

It is covered by the security deposit.

- £1,250 for the UK licence holders

- £1,500 for the EU licence holders

- £5,000 for the USA/CAN/SA licence holders

All deposits pre-authorised on your card at collection, they will show as pending and released once the campervan is back undamaged with nothing missing. Nothing is actually taken unless there is damage.

Drivers need to be 25 to 79 years old, have held a full licence for at least 2 years, have no major convictions and no more than one fault claim in the last 2 years.

A copy of your driving licence (front and back), two proofs of address that are not the licence and no more than 90 days old, and your National Insurance number if you are a UK driver. EU and international drivers also send a copy of their passport.

No. The self-drive insurance does not cover your personal possessions, so it is worth taking out separate travel or holiday insurance for anything valuable you bring along.

Yes. You can cross to Europe by Eurotunnel or ferry. The only thing to remember is that the gas bottle is turned off for the crossing.

You are covered by RAC breakdown, Platinum in the UK and Standard in the EU. Call them on 0333 202 3000 and let us know. If there is an accident, collect the other party details, take photos where you can, and tell us as soon as possible.

The campervan leaves us with a full tank of diesel and comes back with a full tank. If it is short on return there is a £25 charge plus the cost of the fuel.

No off-roading, it is not insured, though reaching a campsite or car park is fine. Wild camping in the campervan is not permitted either, but official pub stopovers and car parks that allow overnight stays are. UK festivals are welcome with a festival fee, just declare it when you book.

Yes! Well behaved pets are welcome. One medium size pet (dog or cat) or 2 small size pets are welcome in our campervans for a small fee of £2.00 per pet per nights. We are pet friendly and dog people, because adventures are better when everyone is on board. Bring the lead, the bed and a towel for muddy paws.

Very. The back seats have ISOFIX points and proper belts, the pop-top upstairs feels like a den, and the whole holiday happens within arm’s reach. Bring the car seat you already trust.
